All patients who underwent ablation therapy for VT and PVC at the University Heart Center in Zurich, Switzerland, between March 2012 and April 2017 were included in this analysis.

Background: Current guidelines on the management of chronic cough do not provide recommendations for the operation of specialist cough clinics. The objective of the present study was to develop expert consensus on goals and standard procedures for specialist cough clinics.

Methods: We undertook a modified Delphi process, whereby initial statements proposed by experts were categorised and presented back to panellists over two ranking rounds using an 11-point Likert scale to identify consensus.

Objective: Implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICD) are successfully used to treat life-threatening arrhythmias and prevent sudden cardiac death. However, they are also known to have a major psychological impact leading to higher prevalence of depression and anxiety in a substantial proportion of patients. The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of depressive symptoms in a large cohort of ICD carriers with a different clinical background and to compare prevalence and risk factors between patients with primary and secondary prophylactic indication for ICD implantation.

Application of the Safe-By-Design Concept in Crop Breeding Innovation.

The present paper proposes the application of the safe-by-design concept to crop breeding innovation with the aim to accommodate safety considerations for new agricultural food and feed products. Safe-by-design can be implemented in all stages of the innovation cycle of agricultural products, from the early stages of research and development towards the post-market stage. Our proposed application of safe-by-design can be part of "responsible research and innovation" concepts, because they share features such as risk prevention strategies and a participatory approach.

Myoglobin for Detection of High-Risk Patients with Acute Myocarditis.

There is an unmet need for accurate and practical screening to detect myocarditis. We sought to test the hypothesis that the extent of acute myocarditis, measured by late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) on cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR), can be estimated based on routine blood markers. A total of 44 patients were diagnosed with acute myocarditis and included in this study.
