Background: By modifying the lifestyle of patients, the risk factors of Coronary Artery Diseases (CADs) are adjusted. This study was performed with the aim to investigate the role of nurses in the lifestyle of coronary artery patients.

Role Model Nursing Instructors and Facilitation of Students' Professional Growth Process: Directed Content Analysis.

Background: The professionalization of nursing is one of the goals of academic education, which needs to be nurtured during education, so this research was conducted to study the views and experiences of nursing students and instructors regarding professional growth through role mode nursing instructors.

Materials And Methods: This was a qualitative study with directed content analysis based on the growing up and role modeling theory in nursing students' education, which was conducted at two universities in Iran from April to September 2021. The participants included 16 undergraduate, master's, and PhD students, and nursing instructors selected using purposeful sampling with maximum diversity.

Identifying Structure, Process and Outcome Factors of the Clinical Specialist Nurse: A Scoping Review Study.

Background: In order to achieve the major goals of transformation in the health care system, organizing and developing the existing potential properly play a pivotal role. The objective is to conduct a scoping review to describe available extent of literatures about scattered structure, process, and outcome factors of the clinical specialist nurse and redesign those as three cohesive and interconnected factors.

Materials And Methods: A scoping review of studies was conducted from 1970 to June 20, 2020, focusing on the structure, process, and outcome factors of the clinical specialist nurse from six databases.

Translation and psychometric evaluation of the Persian version of the role model apperception tool (RoMAT) in undergraduate nursing students.

Role modeling is one of the most influential components of teaching professional behaviors to nursing students. The Role Model Apperception Tool (RoMAT) was designed in the Netherlands to measure role modeling behaviors in clinical educators. The aim of this study was assess the psychometrics of the Persian version of this tool.

The effect of the family presence on anxiety and agitation of patients under mechanical ventilation after open heart surgery: a randomized clinical trial.

Background: Family-centered care has been considered as a philosophy of care. Family presence in intensive care units (ICUs), especially in the acute phase of the disease is controversial. This study has been carried out in order to determine the effect of the family presence on anxiety and agitation in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).

Design and Psychometrics of the Mentoring Questionnaire among Bachelor's Degree Students in Nursing.

Background: Regarding the importance of mentoring in nursing and lack of attention to this issue, as well as the lack of a suitable questionnaire to assess mentoring, this study was carried out to design and analyze psychometric properties of mentoring among bachelor's degree students in nursing.

Qualitative study of humanization-based nursing education focused on role modeling by instructors.

This study explored the perspectives and experiences of Iranian nursing students and nursing instructors about role modeling. Using a purposeful sampling strategy, 22 nursing students and seven nursing instructors were recruited from five nursing schools in Tehran. Three focus-group discussions and two individual semi-structured interviews with nursing students, and seven semi-structured interviews with nursing instructors, were conducted to gather data.
