An unusual presentation of multiple hidrocystomas.

An 85-year-old man sought treatment of multiple nontender bluish papules of 3 years' duration on the forearms, forehead, and temples. On physical examination, blue-tinged, semitranslucent, dome-shaped papules were noted. Workup revealed multiple hidrocystomas.
