Chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis (CMC) is characterized by recurrent candidal infections of the mucous membranes, nails, and skin. Systemic involvement is rare. CMC in adults with coexistent thymoma, benign or malignant, is well-known and is often associated with hypogammaglobulinemia.
