Background: Frailty is a syndrome characterised by increased vulnerability to negative outcomes. Interstitial lung disease (ILD), asthma, and pleural disease are leading causes of morbidity and mortality. We aimed to investigate the prevalence and impact of frailty in adult patients with these diseases.
