: Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction (ACLR) is often followed by significant muscle atrophy and subsequent loss of strength. Blood flow restriction training (BFRT) has recently emerged as a potential mode of rehabilitation to mitigate these effects. The goal of this systematic review was to evaluate the efficacy of BFRT in functional recovery when compared to traditional rehabilitation methods.

Functional outcome of Hirschsprung's disease in children: A single center study at The Children's Hospital Lahore.

Aim: Hirschsprung's disease (HD) is a congenital bowel disorder resulting in functional dysmotility. Advancement in surgical techniques has improved outcomes, but recent studies have identified problems having significant impact on patient's quality of life. The aim of this study is to analyze postoperative functional outcome after definitive surgery for Hirschsprung's disease.

Dissection videos do not improve anatomy examination scores.

In this quasi-experimental study, we describe the effect of showing dissection videos on first-year medical students' performance in terms of test scores during a gross anatomy course. We also surveyed students' perception regarding the showing of dissection videos. Two hundred eighty-seven first-year medical students at Rawalpindi Medical College in Pakistan, divided into two groups, dissected one limb in first term and switched over to the other limb in the second term.
