Primary Hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is characterized by excessive parathormone (PTH) secretion and disrupted calcium homeostasis. Untargeted metabolomics offers a valuable approach to understanding the complex metabolic alterations associated with different diseases, including PHPT.
