- This study aimed to identify factors influencing adherence to IVT anti-VEGF therapy among DME patients, considering socioeconomic factors and the Health Belief Model (HBM), using a cross-sectional approach with a self-administered questionnaire in Malaysia.
- Results showed that out of 141 participants, 56.2% adhered to the treatment, highlighting the need to understand and address barriers to adherence in DME management.
