Purpose: To evaluate and quantify the character and amount of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ +) content on sperm, oocyte, and embryo provider websites in the USA.
Methods: Websites with LGBTQ + information were categorized into "minimal," "moderate," and "significant" content. The presence and type (category) of LGBTQ + content were assessed in its relationship to geographic regions, in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles/year, and website types.
Objective: To determine the predictive value of an aneuploid diagnosis with a targeted next-generation sequencing-based preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) assay in prognosticating the failure of a successful delivery.
Design: Prospective, blinded, multicenter, nonselection study. All usable blastocysts were biopsied, and the single best morphologic blastocyst was transferred before genetic analysis.
Objective: To determine the clinically recognizable error rate with the use of quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR)-based comprehensive chromosomal screening (CCS).
Design: Retrospective study.
Setting: Multiple fertility centers.
