  • The study aimed to compare the effectiveness of an eye-tracking linkage attention training system to a traditional computerized cognitive training system for improving cognitive function in stroke patients with cognitive impairments.
  • 40 stroke patients participated in the intervention, which consisted of 30 training sessions, and cognitive functions were assessed before and after the treatment using the MMSE-K, K-MBI, and CNT tests.
  • Results showed significant improvements in cognitive functions for both groups, but the eye-tracking group exhibited more pronounced enhancements in visual and auditory attention, as well as overall memory tests, suggesting it could be more beneficial for daily living activities than conventional methods.
