The following document details low-cost hardware and open-source available software tools that can be combined to support active teaching methodologies like Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and incorporate work-oriented technological skills in students. This proposal presents a prototype of Open Educational Resources (OER) that integrates software and hardware tools for the specific purpose of facilitating instruction in Artificial Intelligence. The hardware consists of affordable electronic devices, including an Arduino board, servo motors, sensors, a relay and a motor, all integrated into a scaled conveyor belt.

This operationally simple one-pot protocol allowed high bond-forming efficiency and creating six new bonds (two C-C, three C-N, and one N-N). Additionally, the products were evaluated against breast cancer MCF-7 cells, finding moderate activity in the compounds substituted with fluorine and chlorine.

The developed protocol involves the synthesis of 1,3-diyne-anilines followed by a one-pot gold(I)-catalyzed double cycloisomerization, giving rise to an efficient, broad and general protocol to get different 2,2'-biindoles under mild reaction conditions. Due to the methodological restriction of present methods for accessing this class of compounds, herein we present our synthetic proposal which allowed the preparation of several examples of 2,2'-biindoles.

Observations report increased gamma-ray emissions by tens of percent up to two orders of magnitude above the background, sometimes abruptly terminated by lightning discharges.
