This study presents a multi-mode X-ray detection and imaging strategy by integrating photochromism, photoluminescence, and radioluminescence into Tb-doped CaAlSiO. CaAlSiO: Tb exhibits stable radioluminescence, oxygen vacancy-related photochromism, and photoluminescence modulation, all of which showed a linear relationship with X-ray exposure. This multi-mode response enables high-quality imaging and detection in both bright and dark conditions, facilitating time-dependent cumulative X-ray radiation dose assessments.

Recent discoveries of several new species, including the zoonotic Langya virus, have revealed much higher antigenic diversity than currently characterized. Here, to explore the limits of structural and antigenic variation in HNVs, we construct an expanded, antigenically diverse panel of HNV fusion (F) and attachment (G) glycoproteins from 56 unique HNV strains that better reflects global HNV diversity.

This study aimed to assess its diagnostic efficacy for PH-FM.
Materials And Methods: Patients with PH due to pulmonary artery stenosis were assessed using V/Q SPECT/CT, computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA), and digital subtraction pulmonary angiography (PAG).
Background: Gut microbiota are associated with brain imaging-derived phenotypes (IDPs); however, the specific causal relationship between the gut microbiota and brain iron-related IDPs remains unclear. Thus, we sought to analyze the potential causal effects of gut microbiota on brain iron-related IDPs using Mendelian randomization (MR).
Methods: We obtained the data of 196 gut microbiota from a genome-wide association study (GWAS) from the MiBioGen database, as well as the data of 18 quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) IDPs and 10 T2* IDPs from the United Kingdom Biobank (UKB).
Rationale And Objectives: To comprehensively assess the feasibility of low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) using deep learning image reconstruction (DLIR) for evaluating pulmonary subsolid nodules, which are challenging due to their susceptibility to noise.
Materials And Methods: Patients undergoing both standard-dose CT (SDCT) and LDCT between March and June 2023 were prospectively enrolled. LDCT images were reconstructed with high-strength DLIR (DLIR-H), medium-strength DLIR (DLIR-M), adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction-V level 50% (ASIR-V-50%), and filtered back projection (FBP); SDCT with FBP as the reference standard.
Rationale And Objectives: High-grade patterns, visceral pleural invasion, lymphovascular invasion, spread through air spaces, and lymph node metastasis are high-risk factors and associated with poor prognosis in lung adenocarcinomas (LUADs). This study aimed to construct and validate a radiomic model and a radiographic model derived from low-dose CT (LDCT) for predicting high-risk LUADs in solid and part-solid nodules.
Materials And Methods: This study retrospectively enrolled 658 pathologically confirmed LUADs from July 2018 to December 2022 from four centers, which were divided into training set (n=411), internal validation set (n=139), and external validation set (n=108).
Objective: To evaluate whether preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) benefits women of advanced reproductive age (≥38 years old) with a diminished ovarian reserve (not more than three retrieved oocytes).
Design: A retrospective analysis comparing two groups: (a) PGT-A group: women who chose PGT-A and subsequent single re-warmed embryo transfers and (b) non-PGT-A group: women who chose not to genetically test their embryos and underwent subsequent fresh or re-warmed embryo transfers of one to two embryos on days 3 or 5.
Subjects: Two hundred thirty patients underwent PGT-A therapy, with 49 of these individuals undergoing more than one PGT-A cycle.
Background: While acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is widely recognized as the primary cause of Cardiogenic Shock (CS), Non-AMI related CS has been excluded from the majority of CS studies. Information on its prognostic factors remains largely understudied, and it is necessary to focus on these patients to identify the specific risk factors. In this study, we aimed to build and validate a predictive nomogram and risk classification system.

Experimental studies have shown that SOC plays an important role in controlling the light-emitting properties in such hybrid perovskites. Here, the SOC consists of both orbital (L) and spin (S) momentum, leading to the formation of J (= L + S) excitons intrinsically involving orbital and spin momentum.

Therefore, based on cerebral collateral recycle (CCR) status, we aimed to establish an effective scoring system to identify the probability of FR.
Methods: This was a multicenter retrospective cohort study.
Background: Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is associated with endothelial dysfunction. However, the cause of endothelial dysfunction and its impact on PH remain incompletely understood. We aimed to investigate whether the hypoxia-inducible FUNDC1 (FUN14 domain-containing 1)-dependent mitophagy pathway underlies PH pathogenesis and progression.

This study was to characterize the effect of time to treatment on benefit of EVT vs medical management (MM) among patients with large ischemic stroke.
Methods: This was a post hoc analysis of the Endovascular Therapy in Acute Anterior Circulation Large Vessel Occlusive Patients with a Large Infarct Core randomized trial.
Background: Currently, validated biomarkers for assessing hemorrhagic transformation (HT) after intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) are lacking. We aimed to validate a test combining GFAP (glial fibrillary acidic protein) and UCH-L1 (ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase-L1) to indicate the absence of HT after IVT.
Methods: We prospectively enrolled consecutive patients with stroke treated with IVT from 16 hospitals.
Purpose: To determine the rate of visual field (VF) loss before and after the diagnosis of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) in the Ocular Hypertension Treatment Study (OHTS).
Design: Prespecified analyses of data collected prospectively in a clinical trial with extended follow-up.
Setting And Participants: Participants who developed POAG during OHTS 1 and 2 (February 1994 to December 2008) constitute an inception cohort.

In ICMS, the location of percepts depends on the electrode's location and the percept intensity depends on the stimulation frequency and amplitude. Sensors on a bionic hand can thus be linked to somatotopically appropriate electrodes, and the contact force of each sensor can be used to determine the amplitude of a stimulus.
