As a new type of carbon material, graphene oxide aerogel (GA) is widely used in catalysis due to its porous structure, high-efficiency adsorption, and superb conductivity. In this study, GA was prepared into a dense coating layer surrounding ZnCoO/ZnO particles to form a composite GA-ZnCoO/ZnO by means of a hydrothermal, blast drying, and vacuum-freeze-drying approach applied to catalyze the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP). Much remains unknown about the role of added sugar in relation to cardiovascular disease (CVD) and the relative contributions of sugar-sweetened beverages (SSB) or artificially sweetened beverages (ASB) to CVD risk. Among the 109,034 women who participated in Women's Health Initiative, we assessed average intakes of added sugar, SSB and ASB, and conducted Cox regression to estimate the hazard ratios (HRs) and their 95% confidence intervals for CVD risk. Novel phase change materials composed of polyethylene glycol (PEG), cellulose nanofibers (CNFs) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were developed by an efficient and environment friendly strategy. Lactic acid bacteria have been considered to be a very important species during sourdough fermentation. In order to explore the effects of bifidobacteria fermentation on thermal, physico-chemical and structural properties of wheat starch during dough fermentation, starch granules were separated from the fermented dough at different fermentation times, including 0 h, 2 h, 6 h, 9 h and 12 h. The results showed that the morphology of starch granules was destroyed gradually as the fermentation time increased, which appeared as erosion and rupture.

Background: GATA4 (GATA-binding protein 4), a zinc finger-containing, DNA-binding transcription factor, is essential for normal cardiac development and homeostasis in mice and humans, and mutations in this gene have been reported in human heart defects. Defects in alternative splicing are associated with many heart diseases, yet relatively little is known about how cell type- or cell state-specific alternative splicing is achieved in the heart. Aiming at enhancing the biosensing detection of histamine in foods at high temperature, we developed a thermoregulatory biosensor based on diamine oxidase-immobilized phase-change microcapsules consisting of an n-docosane core, a TiO shell, and an electroactive polyaniline/ZnO composite coating layer. The microcapsules exhibit a satisfactory latent heat capacity of over 112 J/g for thermo-temperature regulation. Through an innovative integration of electroactive phase-change microcapsules and biological enzyme in the working electrode, the biosensor obtained a thermoregulatory function through reversible phase transitions by the n-docosane core under high-temperature environments.
