Background: Sinonasal mucosal melanoma has poor survival despite multimodality treatment. While the impact of immunotherapy (IT) on metastatic cutaneous melanoma is well-defined, there are relatively little data on sinonasal mucosal melanoma.

Objective: We sought to define immunotherapy outcomes in patients with sinonasal mucosal melanoma.

Improving Medication-Related Safety for Residents in Nursing Homes: A Qualitative Study.

Purpose: To gain a better understanding of the perceptions of RNs on medication safety concerns and potential solutions for nursing home (NH) residents.

Method: This prospective, qualitative study used semi-structured phone interviews with a description approach. We used purposeful sampling to recruit 12 RNs employed at two NHs in the northeastern region of the United States.

Introduction: Approximately 1% of the UK population is prescribed oral corticosteroids at any one time. It is not known how many of these patients present for major surgery. We aimed to establish the prevalence, characteristics and outcomes of patients taking oral corticosteroids.

In 2014, Uganda officially rolled out the introduction of the pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV) into routine immunization schedule. However, little is known about the long-term impact of PCV on pneumonia admissions and deaths.

Clinical and genomic characterization of Klebsiella pneumoniae infections in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Background: Klebsiella pneumoniae (Kpn), a WHO priority pathogen with high rates of antimicrobial resistance (AMR), has emerged as a leading cause of hospital acquired pneumonia and neonatal sepsis.

Objective: We aimed to define the clinical characteristics of a cohort of patients with Kpn infection in Dhaka, Bangladesh and to perform phenotypic and genetic characterization of the associated isolates.

Methods: We retrospectively extracted clinical data about patients at Dhaka Medical College Hospital from whom Klebsiella spp was isolated from a clinical specimen collected between February and September 2022.
