Medical image-based diagnostic techniques have become increasingly common in the clinic. Estimating fractional flow reserve in coronary stenoses from medical image data is among the most prominent examples. The modeling techniques used in these clinical tools require rigorous experimental validation yet there is currently no standardized, public toolset to help assess model credibility.

In an application such as coronary imaging when a single, static image is of interest, computationally expensive offline iterative reconstruction is still needed to compute the multiple 3D datasets.
Purpose: Evaluate how the number of physiologic bins included in the reconstruction affects the computational cost and resulting image quality of a single, static volume reconstruction.

The aims were to (1) characterize a somatotype profile for Division II (DII) track and field athletes (n=54) by sex, class, and events; (2) determine if somatotype changed across the season; (3) determine if changes differed based on class or sex; and, (4) assess potential differences in somatotype between sexes.
Methods: Anthropometrics (height, weight, body composition, somatotype) were evaluated after a competitive indoor season and immediately before the outdoor conference championships (41 days).
CD73 is a cell surface 5'nucleotidase (NT5E) and key node in the catabolic process generating immunosuppressive adenosine in cancer. Using a murine monoclonal antibody surrogate of Oleclumab, we investigated the effect of CD73 inhibition in concert with cytotoxic therapies (chemotherapies as well as fractionated radiotherapy) and PD-L1 blockade. Our results highlight improved survival in syngeneic tumor models of colorectal cancer (CT26 and MC38) and sarcoma (MCA205).
