Background: Mutation or amplification of the mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) tyrosine kinase receptor causes dysregulation of receptor function and stimulates tumor growth in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with the most common mutation being MET exon 14 (METex14). We sought to compare the genomic and immune landscape of MET-altered NSCLC with MET wild-type NSCLC.
Methods: 18,047 NSCLC tumors were sequenced with Tempus xT assay.

Method: A general survey on the managing of diffuse low-grade gliomas was answered by 21 centres in 11 European countries.
Rationale: Several randomised controlled trials support the provision of early pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) following hospitalisation for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). However, there is little real-world data regarding uptake, adherence and completion rates.
Methods: An audit was conducted to prospectively document referral, uptake, adherence and completion rates for early post-hospitalisation outpatient PR in Northwest London over a 12-month period.
