Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetic Modeling of Cannabidiol, Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, and Their Metabolites in Healthy Adults After Administration by Multiple Routes.

The two most extensively studied cannabinoids, cannabidiol (CBD) and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), are used for myriad conditions. THC is predominantly eliminated via the cytochromes P450 (CYPs), whereas CBD is eliminated through both CYPs and UDP-glucuronosyltransferases (UGTs). The fractional contributions of these enzymes to cannabinoid metabolism have shown conflicting results among studies.

Analysis of outcome reporting in lateral femoral cutaneous neuropathy studies: A systematic review of the literature.

Purpose: As a first step towards developing a core outcome set (COS) for lateral femoral cutaneous neuropathy, the goal of the current study was to perform a systematic review of the literature to identify outcome measures that have been previously reported in studies on lateral femoral cutaneous neuropathy.

Methods: A systematic review of the literature from 2000-2024 was performed utilizing PubMed and Medical Subject Headings (MeSH). Identified articles were screened according to study inclusion/exclusion criteria.

Development of a stakeholder-engaged tool to evaluate community convening and promote community health.

Background: Health systems support community health and well-being, and while many commit resources to convening in support of community-engaged communication interventions, they currently lack tools to evaluate this effort. This report describes one health system's mixed-methods stakeholder-engaged development of robust yet pragmatic convening assessment tools.

Methods: Semi-structured interviews and web surveys with key stakeholders informed a taxonomy of quality convening and accompanying survey tool.

COVID-19 Vaccine Hesitancy and Uptake Among Firefighters: An Application of the Health Belief Model.

Objective: The aim of this study was to assess COVID-19 vaccination prevalence and explore whether health beliefs were associated with vaccination among firefighters.

Methods: A cross-sectional online survey was distributed to Minnesota firefighters in March-April 2022. Survey questions included demographics, vaccination status, and beliefs about COVID-19 and vaccines.

Parents' Perceptions of Schools' COVID-19 Mitigation Strategies: A Phenomenological Study.

Background: At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, schools closed across the United States. Given the impact of virtual learning and lost access to school resources, schools eventually reopened with COVID-19 mitigation protocols in place. This qualitative study sought to understand parental perceptions of school-based COVID-19 mitigation strategies.
