[A case of meningo-encephalitis due to West Nile virus in Libreville, Gabon].

Acute forms of meningo-encephalitis due to West Nile virus are rare. The purpose of this report is to describe the first case of acute meningoencephalitis due to West Nile virus diagnosed in Gabon. The patient was a 20-year-old Gabonese man.
