protein design has advanced such that many peptide assemblies and protein structures can be generated predictably and quickly. The drive now is to bring functions to these structures, for example, small-molecule binding and catalysis. The formidable challenge of binding and orienting multiple small molecules to direct chemistry is particularly important for paving the way to new functionalities.

Here, leveraging longitudinal measures of cortical magnetization transfer ratio (MTR) from in vivo neuroimaging between postnatal days 20 (weanling) and 290 (mid-adulthood), we design and implement a computational pipeline that captures the network of structural similarity (MIND, morphometric inverse divergence) between each of 53 distinct cortical areas. We first characterized the normative development of the network in a cohort of rats undergoing typical development (N=47), and then contrasted these findings with a cohort exposed to early life stress (ELS, N=40).

The creation of new residency training programs has assisted in these efforts. However, anesthesiology training programs are infrequently studied in this regard.

This study aimed to describe bone, joint and soft tissue changes and to explore associations between MRI-detected abnormalities and clinical symptoms (pain and disability) in a group of adults with midfoot pain, but who were radiographically negative for osteoarthritis.
Methods: Community-based participants with midfoot pain underwent an MRI scan of one foot and scored semi-quantitatively using the Foot OsteoArthritis MRI Score (FOAMRIS).
