Background: There is a growing interest in reporting satisfaction levels of transgender women undergoing vaginoplasty surgery. The lack of information regarding satisfaction during the initial experience of the vaginoplasty technique, and the moderate morbidity related to the surgery, could discourage the immersion of new groups in initiating a program of this kind. Introduction: Varicocele is the most common cause of male infertility and the standard treatment is varicocelectomy. Introduction: Prosthetic surgery to treat erectile dysfunction has a risk of infection of up to 3%, but this risk can increase to 18% when the surgery involves replacement. This increased risk of infection is attributed to the bacterial colonization of the prosthesis during the initial surgery.

Objective: To analyse the presence of germs in the prosthesis that is withdrawn due to mechanical failure (not infection), as well as the surgical results and its progression.

Objective: We evaluated the safety of testosterone treatment and its efficacy on body composition in males with testosterone deficiency syndrome (TDS) over 24 months.

Methods: 50 males aged 50-65 years with TDS (Aging Males Symptoms Scale [AMS] > 26 and calculated free testosterone [cFT] 250 pmol/l) were administered 50 mg testosterone gel daily for one year. During the second year, patients received 1000 mg of testosterone undecanoate every 2-3 months.

Objectives: Progressive loss of bone mineral density weakens the bones and increases the probability of osteoporotic fractures.
