A chest X-ray report is a communicative tool and can be used as data for developing artificial intelligence-based decision support systems. For both, consistent understanding and labeling is important. Our aim was to investigate how readers would comprehend and annotate 200 chest X-ray reports.

Consistent annotation of data is a prerequisite for the successful training and testing of artificial intelligence-based decision support systems in radiology. This can be obtained by standardizing terminology when annotating diagnostic images. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the annotation consistency among radiologists when using a novel diagnostic labeling scheme for chest X-rays.

Simulation-based surgical training needs in otorhinolaryngology.

Introduction: This study aimed to conduct a targeted needs assessment to identify and prioritise technical skills and procedures suited for simulation-based training (SBT) in private otorhinolaryngology (ORL) practice in Denmark, including mapping the learning environment related to implementation of SBT.

Methods: A panel of trainers and trainees in private ORL practice was recruited. Using the Delphi method, three rounds of surveys were conducted.

Aims: To investigate the self-reported audiological symptoms in a cohort of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients and monitor improvement or recovery.

Material And Methods: Following the STROBE guidelines for observational studies, a retrospective questionnaire concerning audio-vestibular symptoms was conducted in a cohort of Danish COVID-19 patients with self reported chemosensory loss. Data regarding demographics, symptoms onset, duration and remission was registered in a REDCap database.

Use of Tic-Suppressing Medication and Other Psychotropic Drugs in Children and Adolescents with Newly Diagnosed Tic Disorders in Denmark.

Only few psychotropic drugs are approved to treat tic disorders. The aim was to describe use of tic-suppressing medication and other psychotropic drugs in children with tics. Using nationwide registries, we identified children receiving a tic diagnosis in Denmark during 2006-2017 and extracted data on tic-suppressing medication and other psychotropic drugs.
