Background And Objectives: Improved imaging modalities have led to an increased detection of intracranial aneurysms, many of which are small. There is uncertainty in the appropriate management of tiny aneurysms. The objective of this study was to use a large, multi-institutional NeuroVascular Quality Initiative-Quality Outcomes Database (NVQI-QOD) to assess the frequency, safety, and efficacy of treatment of tiny, unruptured middle cerebral artery (MCA) aneurysms.

The Mediterranean diet (MedDiet) is one of the healthiest worldwide. This study analyzes the prospective association between adherence to the MedDiet at baseline and changes in standardized body mass index (zBMI) and the incidence of excessive weight.

However, we suggest incorporating cognitive ontology theory and addressing degeneracy and neuronal reuse. We also recommend studying natural embodied cognition through artificial systems to develop a comprehensive mechanistic framework.

Thus, this was the first paper that showed a body-specific space-valence mapping. These highly influential findings led to a substantial body of research and follow-up studies, which could confirm the original findings on a conceptual level.
