Background: A 4-component meningococcal B (4CMenB) vaccine program was introduced in adolescents in 2019 in South Australia. We aimed to evaluate long-term vaccine effectiveness (VE) and impact (VI) on gonococcal infection 4 years after implementation of the program.
Methods: Disease notification data were provided by SA Health.

Understanding the balance between plastic and persistent traits in the dyslexic brain is critical for developing effective interventions. This longitudinal intervention study examines the Visual Word Form Area (VWFA) in dyslexic and typical readers, exploring how this key component of the brain's reading circuitry changes with learning. We found that dyslexic readers show significant differences in VWFA presence, size, and tuning properties compared to typical readers.

Thus, this study sought to characterize the prevalence and potential prognostic implications of myocardial inflammation in ATTR-CA.
Methods: A retrospective observational study including patients with ATTR-CA diagnosed by endomyocardial biopsy was conducted.
