[The clinical value of determination of fibronectin: the endothelium lesion marker in EPH-gestosis].

Plasma fibronectin concentration, AT III, PAI-1 and platelet count in 115 patients with gestosis, chronic hypertension and in physiological pregnancy were estimated. The obtained results indicate the significant fibronectin increase in gestosis patients. The positive correlation between fibronectin concentration and gestosis index was found.

[Effect of ultrafiltrates in plasma from patients with chronic uremia on platelet aggregation].

An effect of 20 ultrafiltrates from patients with chronic renal failure on ADP-, epinephrine-, and arachidonic acid-induced platelet aggregation. Ultrafiltrates were collected at the beginning and the end of dialysis. It was found that ultrafiltrates collected at the beginning of dialysis decrease ADP-induced platelet aggregation whereas ultrafiltrates collected at the and of dialysis exert reverse effect.

[Effect of chromatographic fractions of blood ultrafiltrates of patients with chronic uremia on the fibrinolytic activity]].

Ultrafiltrates obtained from the patients with chronic uremia were chromatographically separated in the column filled with Sephadex A25. "Middle" molecular weight substances were localized mainly in a single peak. Dialysis decreased their contents.
