Background: Evaluating myocardial function using cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) feature tracking provides a comprehensive cardiac assessment, particularly a detailed evaluation for patients with repaired tetralogy of Fallot (rTOF). This study aimed to identify factors associated with arrhythmias in rTOF patients utilizing conventional CMR techniques, including myocardial strain measurements.
Methods: This single-center, retrospective study included 245 rTOF patients who underwent CMR between 2017 and 2023.
Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) associated with congenital heart disease (PAH-CHD) is a consequence of unrepaired large systemic-to-pulmonary shunts. The long-term data of adult patients who have PAH-CHD with elevated pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR) are limited. We aimed to investigate the survival of adults who had PAH-CHD with predominantly left-to-right (L-R) shunts with (1) borderline-to-high PVR and (2) treat-and-repair compared with those with Eisenmenger syndrome (ES).

Study Design: This prospective study enrolled children with CCS in Siriraj Hospital, Thailand, between 2019 and 2023. Conventional audiometry including HFA or ASSR and DPOAE were performed pre- and postoperatively.
Objective: This study compared the accuracy of prenatal congenital heart disease (CHD) diagnosed by maternal-fetal medicine specialists (MFMs) and pediatric cardiologists (PCs), using postnatal cardiac findings as the reference standard.
Methods: This retrospective analysis at Siriraj Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand, involved 125 pregnancies with fetal CHD diagnosed by MFMs and evaluated by PCs later. Prenatal CHD diagnoses by either MFM or PC were compared with postnatal diagnoses obtained through echocardiography, cardiac surgery/catheterization, or autopsy.
