Cesarean scar pregnancy refers to the complete or partial implantation of a gestational sac within an existent cesarean scar. Expectant management of caesarean scar pregnancy can lead to uterine rupture, a rare but life-threatening complication. We report here a sonographic marker which could predict short-term risk of uterine rupture in the context of expectant management of CSP after 15 weeks.

This report aims to highlight the prenatal diagnosis of WABS through ultrasound findings and genetic testing. We report a case of prenatal diagnosis of WABS in a 24-week gestation fetus exhibiting microcephaly, delayed sulcation, short corpus callosum, cerebellar vermis hypoplasia and intrahepatic portal-systemic shunts.

Methods: A cross-sectional study on fetuses at 16 + 0 to 36 + 6 weeks of gestation between December 2020 and January 2022. CSP width reference ranges were constructed from low-risk pregnancies.
