Aim: Based on the importance of coronal sealing right after endodontic treatment, this study aimed to evaluate the difference of shear bond strength to pulp chamber dentin treated with sodium thiosulfate and proanthocyanidin (PA).
Materials And Methods: Fifteen extracted mandibular molar teeth were decoronated at the level of cementoenamel junction horizontally. The individual teeth were then sectioned mesiodistally to expose the pulp chamber dentin using a diamond disc.

Aims And Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the orthodontic treatment need in 11-14-year-old schoolchildren of Central Bengaluru, India, using the index of orthodontic treatment need (IOTN) and to analyze the treatment needs between males and females and correlation between the esthetic to aesthetic (AC) and dental health component (DHC) of IOTN.
Materials And Methods: The sample comprised 500 schoolchildren (187 females and 313 males) who had not undergone orthodontic treatment. No radiographs, study casts, were used; IOTN was calculated from clinical examination and photographs.
The first total synthesis of (-)-bitungolide B and a second-generation total synthesis of (-)-bitungolide E are described. The cornerstone of the approach comprises a convergent and flexible route involving Brown crotylation, highly diastereoselective substrate controlled Paterson anti-aldol reaction, hydroxyl-directed 1,3-syn/anti reduction, Barton-McCombie deoxygenation and RCM reactions. Via this route, a common intermediate 13 is readily accessible for the synthesis of the family of bitungolides A-E and franklinolides A-C.

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth filled with gutta percha and Resilon using lateral and vertical condensation methods.
Materials And Methods: A total of 75 freshly extracted single-rooted teeth were selected. All samples were instrumented with profile 4% Ni-Ti rotary instruments.
