Introduction: One of the main goals of the rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) is the reintegration of the individual to their family, social, and work setting. The objective of this study was to identify the factors that determine the discharge destination after a traumatic spinal cord injury.
Material And Methods: We conducted a retrospective descriptive study of 305 patients with SCI who completed the rehabilitation treatment at the spinal injury unit of Hospital Insular de Gran Canaria between 2001 and 2018.
Objectives: To describe the bladder management in spinal cord injury and to verify if the increase in the age of the patient who is suffering a spinal cord injury in recent years is conditioning a change in its treatment.
Methods: We performed a retrospective review of all acute traumatic spinal cord injured patients in Canary Islands between 2001-2015. Data were collected from the hospital records of a regional referral Spinal Cord Unit.

The objective of this study was to determine the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of these patients in our setting to better prevent these injuries.
Material And Methods: We performed a retrospective, descriptive study of patients who have suffered from a traumatic spinal cord injury after a diving accident in the Canary Islands, Spain from 2000 to 2014.
Brushite was synthesized by precipitation of calcium chloride (CaCl(2)) and sodium phosphate monobasic (Na(2)HPO(4)) dried in vacuum and monetite was obtained from this brushite by sonication with a frequency of 90kHz at 500W for 90min. Monetite itself was also transformed in Ca(H(2)PO(4))(2)·H(2)O, monocalcium phosphate monohydrate (MCPM), by sonication with a frequency of 90kHz at 500W for 60min followed by lyophilization. The MCPM was sonicated and lyophilized by three times more until reach over 240min, but any other phase transformation was observed.
