Motivation: The Wright-Fisher diffusion is important in population genetics in modelling the evolution of allele frequencies over time subject to the influence of biological phenomena such as selection, mutation and genetic drift. Simulating the paths of the process is challenging due to the form of the transition density. We present EWF, a robust and efficient sampler which returns exact draws for the diffusion and diffusion bridge processes, accounting for general models of selection including those with frequency dependence.

The () gene is associated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and major depression (MD). The PCDH10 protein is a homophilic cell adhesion molecule that belongs to the δ2-protocadherin family. Background: Care for pediatric patients with headache often occurs in high-cost settings such as emergency departments (EDs) and inpatient settings. Outpatient infusion centers have the potential to reduce care costs for pediatric headache management.

Methods: In this quality improvement study, we describe our experience in creating the capacity to support an integrated outpatient pediatric headache infusion care model through an infusion center.

Introduction: The infrapatellar fat pad (IPFP) is resected in approximately 88 % of total knee arthroplasty (TKA) surgeries. The aim of this review is to investigate the impact of the IPFP resection on clinical outcomes post-TKA.

Materials And Methods: A systematic search of five major databases for all relevant articles published until May, 2015 was conducted.

Background: Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteraemia (KPB) has been associated with multiple risk factors. However association of these risk factors with mortality secondary to KPB has been poorly documented.

Objectives: To assess underlying co-morbidities in patients with KPB and any associated presentations.
