Background: Post-infarct ventricular septal rupture (PI-VSR) is a rare complication of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) but has very serious implications. Managing PI-VSR using transcatheter closure (TCC) presents varying challenges depending on the patient's condition. The aim of this study is to present a highly challenging case of multiple VSRs as a complication of AMI.

However, most of the elderly experience a decrease in psychological well-being and quality of life. This is not in accordance with the concept of the family-centered care (FCC) model and can endanger the continuity of the elderly with chronic illnesses.

Nucleotide identification uses multivalent nucleotide ligands on dye-labeled cores to form polymerase-polymer-nucleotide complexes bound to clonal copies of DNA targets. These polymer-nucleotide substrates, termed avidites, decrease the required concentration of reporting nucleotides from micromolar to nanomolar and yield negligible dissociation rates.

Our study depends on cross-sectional data from 34 provinces and the time-series data from 2009 to 2020. We carry out the causality test (Dumitrescu-Hurlin) to check whether our research model is good enough to provide strategic options nationally.
