Ultrarapid-acting insulins and adjunctive pharmacotherapies, like sodium-glucose transport protein 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors and glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists, offer improved postprandial glucose management and reduced insulin requirements.
