Recently expanded reports of multidrug-resistant fungal infections underscore the need to develop new and more efficient methods for antifungal drug discovery. A ubiquitous problem in natural product drug discovery campaigns is the rediscovery of known compounds or their relatives; accordingly, we have integrated Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for structural dereplication and Yeast Chemical Genomics for bioprocess evaluation into a screening platform to identify such compounds early in the screening process. We identified 450 fractions inhibiting and the resistant strains of and among more than 40,000 natural product fractions.

Early identification and treatment of depression is imperative at the patient, program, system, and population levels. This paper examines the individual and cumulative impact of Project ECHO and the inclusion of IBH services in pediatric primary care practices on mental health-related ED rates among youth diagnosed with depression for those practices.

Design: 110 premorbidly healthy individuals who had suffered a traumatic injury during an accident approximately 8 weeks prior were examined and assessed with subjective measures of fatigue and sleep disturbance, psychological distress and pain.
Results: Individuals with a traumatic injury reported significant elevations in most fatigue and all subjective sleep disruption components compared to community-based control participants (n = 45).
Background: Orthostatic headache (OH) is a common feature of various conditions, including spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH), but no precise definition currently exists outlining the typical OH characteristics. This ambiguity risks misdiagnosis with unnecessary investigations and delay in institution of treatment. The present study aimed to carry out structured phenotyping of OH in patients with SIH with the aim of outlining its typical characteristics.

The mechanisms for symptoms during exercise are less well understood than the resting mechanisms. Additionally, inert gas rebreathing analysis, a non-invasive examination of haemodynamics including cardiac output, has not previously been studied in youth with neurocardiogenic syncope.
