This study utilized CT imaging to investigate the rostral part of the head of the crested porcupine's head. By combining CT images with anatomical cross-sections, we have provided a detailed description of the structures in this area. This information could be useful for diagnosing disorders and improving their treatment in the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses of crested porcupines.

Purpose: There are no guidelines, what recommend pro or against cystography for identification of VUR for adults who suffer from first episode of pyelonephritis. The aim of this study was to look at incidence of VUR in adults with first episode of pyelonephritis, and to highlight recommendations for possible reflux investigation in these patients.

Penetrating neck injury (PNI), involving disruption of the platysma muscle, accounts for 10% of trauma cases and poses significant morbidity and mortality risks. This case report details the management of a 45-year-old male who sustained a 270-degree circumferential neck incision from an industrial accident. The patient presented with a deep neck laceration, severe blood loss, and hypovolemic shock.
