Purpose: To compare the analgesic efficacy, adverse effects, and long-term functional outcomes of perioperative naproxen alone versus naproxen with pregabalin for treating pain in ankle fractures.

Methods: This study included 70 patients who underwent operative fixation of rotatory ankle fractures. Group A received naproxen 500 mg only, and Group B received naproxen 500 mg with pregabalin 75 mg 2-hour before surgery and 12 hourly for 14 days thereafter.

Background: Non-surgical method is a treatment option for mandibular condylar fracture; however, it is questionable whether bone fragments are adequately reduced and remodeled. The purpose of this study was to identify three-dimensional positional changes in the mandibular condyles in patients treated non-surgically, analyze factors influencing the extent of positional changes, and evaluate clinical prognosis.

Methods: This retrospective study included 31 patients with unilateral mandibular condylar fractures treated non-surgically at the Ajou University Dental Hospital between 2005 and 2023.

The Korean Huntington's Disease Society (KHDS) has recently published a practical guide for clinical approach to patients with Huntington's disease (HD) in Korea in April issue of Journal of Movement Disorders this year.1 This article is the second practical guide particularly focused on 1) essential points of genetic counseling for families of HD covering issues of testing minors and prenatal/preimplantation testing; and 2) premanifest HD and useful laboratory investigations for assessing disease severity and progression. The latter part of this article deals with special issues of juvenile and very late-onset HD, and common comorbidities in HD patients.

Purpose: This review aimed to evaluate the internal structure (structural validity, internal consistency, and measurement invariance) of the Patient Health Questionnire-9 (PHQ-9), which is one of the most widely used self-administered instruments for assessing and screening depression.

Methods: The updated COnsensus-based Standards for the selection of health Measurement Instruments (COSMIN) methodology for a systematic review of self-reported instruments was used. PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, PsycINFO, and Cochrane Library databases were searched from their inception up to February 28, 2023.
