Biomarkers of ageing serve as important outcome measures in longevity-promoting interventions. However, there is limited consensus on which specific biomarkers are most appropriate for human intervention studies. This work aimed to address this need by establishing an expert consensus on biomarkers of ageing for use in intervention studies via the Delphi method.

Methodological limitations and margins of error in repeated H MRS, which often surpass reported effects of supplementation, permeate existing literature. We examined the intra- and inter-session reliability and repeatability of H MRS for determining tCr concentrations across multiple brain regions (midbrain, visual cortex and frontal cortex).

The nature of visual processes underlying scene perception remains a hotly debated topic. According to one view, scene and object perception rely on similar neural mechanisms, and their processing pathways are tightly interlinked. According to another, scene gist might follow a separate pathway, relying primarily on global image properties.

However, the implementation of PGx testing in Canadian pediatric oncology centers has been limited. To address this gap, the aim of this study was to assess the barriers and facilitators to implementing PGx testing for three oncology drugs in eight Canadian pediatric oncology centers and identify strategies that could be used to support PGx testing implementation.
