[Conn's adenoma as a cause of hypertension].

The authors describe two observations of primary hyperaldosteronism, caused by a cortical adrenal adenoma (Conn's adenoma). Both patients were treated by unilateral adrenalectomy from lumbotomy. (In the second patient subtotal resection).
