[Our experience in reconstruction after transmandibular buccopharyngectomy. Comparative study of various flaps. Apropos of 74 cases].

A total of 74 cases of transmandibular buccopharyngectomy with reconstruction by local or regional flaps were analyzed to compare results of the use of temporofrontal and pectoralis major musculo-cutaneous flaps. Findings in this series suggested superiority for the use of the latter type.
