Objective: To describe the incidence of Coccidioides immitis infection of the prostate gland in an endemic area, to describe four new cases discovered, and to propose treatment recommendations for this diagnosis.
Methods: The pathology reports of all prostate tissue specimens collected at the Arizona Health Sciences Center from February 1, 1994 through January 1, 2000 and the Southern Arizona Veterans' Affairs Health Care System from January 1, 1990 through January 1, 2000 were reviewed.
Results: A total of 3676 pathology reports were reviewed.
Purpose: To review our most recent experience with laparoscopic dismembered pyeloureteroplasty (LDP) as treatment for ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction.
Patients And Methods: All patient charts from March 1, 2000, through March 1, 2003, were reviewed to identify individuals who had undergone LDP. Twenty-two consecutive procedures were performed on 21 patients.
Purpose Of Review: Endoscopic surgery plays an important role in the treatment of renal calculi, especially for the more complex cases. Recent advancements have improved the efficacy of procedures, and increasing surgeon experience is associated with low complication rates. This article will review recent literature pertinent to endoscopic surgery for renal calculi.

Materials And Methods: A total of 24 consecutive men underwent plaque incision and saphenous vein grafting with postoperative daily use of a vacuum erection device. Erect penile length, pain, curvature and erectile function were assessed before and after surgery, and overall sexual satisfaction was scored from 1 to 5 by a validated instrument.
Purpose: We evaluated the efficacy of cold knife urethrotomy for anastomotic stricture after radical retropubic prostatectomy.
Materials And Methods: We contacted all patients who underwent cold knife urethrotomy for a symptomatic anastomotic stricture from May 1, 1992 through January 1, 2000 at our institution. A control group of patients who underwent radical retropubic prostatectomy but did not complain of a decreased urine stream was similarly evaluated.
