[Superficial femoral artery aneurysm with imminent rupture].

A case of aneurysm of the superficial femoral artery with imminent rupture was treated surgically as an emergency with good result confirmed by control arteriography. Intraoperative and postoperative radiological investigation demonstrated aneurysmatic dilatation of both superficial femoral arteries.
