Simultaneous identification and quantification of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) were evaluated for three quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (QTOF) acquisition methods. The acquisition methods investigated were MS-Only, all ion fragmentation (All-Ions), and automated tandem mass spectrometry (Auto-MS/MS). Target analytes were the 25 PFAS of US EPA Method 533 and the acquisition methods were evaluated by analyte response, limit of quantification (LOQ), accuracy, precision, and target-suspect screening identification limit (IL).

Here, we report the first data on the immunogenicity of this reduced-dose schedule to help to interpret this effectiveness estimate.
Methods: In this multicentre, parallel-group, open-label, randomised clinical trial, infants aged up to 13 weeks due to receive their primary immunisations were recruited via child health database mailouts in Oxfordshire and via general practice surgeries in Gloucestershire and Hertfordshire.
A multimode self-mixing terahertz-frequency gas absorption spectroscopy is demonstrated based on a quantum cascade laser. A double-metal device configuration is used to expand the laser's frequency tuning range, and a precision-micromachined external waveguide module is used to enhance the optical feedback. Methanol spectra are measured using two laser modes at 3.
