Background: Police road crash and injury data in low-income and middle-income countries are known to under-report crashes, fatalities and injuries, especially for vulnerable road users. Local record keepers, who are members of the public, can be engaged to provide an additional source of crash and injury data.

Methods: This paper compares the application of a local record keeper method to capture road crash and injury data in Bangladesh and Nepal, assesses the quality of the data collected and evaluates the replicability and value of the methodology using a framework developed to evaluate the impact of being a local record keeper.

Objective To identify key variables predictive of patient responses to microfragmented adipose tissue (MFAT) treatment in knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and evaluate its potential to delay or mitigate the need for total knee replacement (TKR). Methods We utilised a dataset comprising 329 patients treated with MFAT for KOA, incorporating variables such as gender, age, BMI, arthritic aetiology, radiological grade, and Oxford Knee Scores (OKS) pre- and post-treatment. We employed random forest regressors for model training and testing, with gender bias mitigation and outlier detection to enhance prediction accuracy.

Developing neural circuits are influenced by activity and are especially sensitive to changes in activity during critical periods (CPs) of development. Changes occurring during a CP often become 'locked in' so that they affect the mature network. Indeed, several neurodevelopmental disorders have been linked to excessive activity during such periods.

Background: Limited real-world evidence exists on the economic burden of adverse events (AEs) to the healthcare system among patients with non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC) treated with second-generation androgen receptor antagonists (ARAs). Current data is needed to understand real-world clinical event rates among ARAs and the cost of these events.

Objectives: Describe the incidence of non-central nervous system (CNS)-related AEs and CNS-related AEs among nmCRPC patients treated in the United States with second-generation ARAs (apalutamide and enzalutamide) and evaluate healthcare resource utilization (HCRU) and costs for these patients.
