Biomarkers for Breast Adenocarcinoma Using In Silico Approaches.

In this study, the GEO database gene expression profile data set (GSE70951) was retrieved to look for genes that were expressed variably across breast adenocarcinoma samples and healthy tissue samples. Flurbiprofen-nicotinamide solid dispersions were prepared by the fusion method. The solid dispersions were evaluated for dissolution rate. The drug-carrier interaction in the liquid and solid states were studied by using phase solubility analysis, phase diagram, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and differential scanning calorimentry (DSC).
