Cystadenoma of the common bile duct demonstrated by endoscopic retrograde cholangiography: an uncommon cause of extrahepatic obstruction.

Obstructive jaundice may rarely be caused by a benign tumor of the biliary tract. We describe a patient in whom the diagnosis of cystadenoma of the common bile duct was established. Complete resection of the tumor could be carried out.
