Fluid administration is widely used to treat hypotension in patients undergoing veno-venous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VV-ECMO). However, excessive fluid administration may lead to fluid overload can aggravate acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and increase patient mortality, predicting fluid responsiveness is of great significance for VV-ECMO patients. This prospective single-center study was conducted in a medical intensive care unit (ICU) and finally included 51 VV-ECMO patients with ARDS in the prone position (PP).

Recent advances have uncovered an exotic sliding ferroelectric mechanism, which endows to design atomically thin ferroelectrics from non-ferroelectric parent monolayers. Although notable progress has been witnessed in understanding the fundamental properties, functional devices based on sliding ferroelectrics remain elusive. Here, we demonstrate the rewritable, non-volatile memories at room-temperature with a two-dimensional (2D) sliding ferroelectric semiconductor of rhombohedral-stacked bilayer MoS.

Two-dimensional (2D) semiconductors, combining remarkable electrical properties and mechanical flexibility, offer fascinating opportunities for flexible integrated circuits (ICs). Despite notable progress, so far the showcased 2D flexible ICs have been constrained to basic logic gates and ring oscillators with a maximum integration scale of a few thin film transistors (TFTs), creating a significant disparity in terms of circuit scale and functionality. Here, we demonstrate medium-scale flexible ICs integrating both combinational and sequential elements based on 2D molybdenum disulfide (MoS).

Background: Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis/mycosis (ABPA/M) is a complex non-infectious pulmonary benign disease characterized by an immune response against aspergillus/fungus. Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), typically recognized as a tumor marker, also elevated in certain benign diseases. Few studies on ABPA/M cases presenting with elevated serum CEA levels have been reported.

Background: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a hematologic tumor with poor prognosis and significant clinical heterogeneity. By integrating transcriptomic data, single-cell RNA sequencing data and independently collected RNA sequencing data this study aims to identify key genes in AML and establish a prognostic assessment model to improve the accuracy of prognostic prediction.

Materials And Methods: We analyzed RNA-seq data from AML patients and combined it with single-cell RNA sequencing data to identify genes associated with AML prognosis.
