Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare disorder characterized by neoplastic proliferation of Langerhans-type dendritic cells. LCH is most frequently encountered in the pediatric populations, and involvement of the skeletal system is a common manifestation. Herein, we report a case of LCH presented as an isolated skull lesion in a 66-year-old patient.

Intracranial capillary hemangioma (ICH) is a rare entity, with approximately 24 reported cases in the literature. There are only three reported cases of ICH in an adult male. In this case report, we describe the fourth documented case of ICH in an adult male and, to the best of our knowledge, the first ever documented case of ICH in the posterior fossa of an adult male.

The objective of this article is to provide a concise review of incidental adrenal mass imaging and present the key differences between the available guidelines.
Conclusion: An alternative algorithm for the imaging and clinical workup of adrenal incidentalomas is presented in an attempt to bridge sometimes conflicting recommendations.
