Background And Objectives: A recognized gap exists between primary care physicians' training in musculoskeletal (MSK) medicine and the burden of MSK complaints in primary care. Family medicine interns often lack adequate baseline MSK physical exam skills, which prompted a proposal to introduce a fourth-year preceptorship to reinforce MSK education. The aim of this study was to prioritize the most important elements to include in this new clinical rotation.

However, the relationship between NO bioavailability, dynamic regulation of protein -nitrosylation by trans- and de-nitrosylases, and HFpEF pathophysiology has not been elucidated. Here, we provide novel insights into the delicate interplay between NO bioavailability and protein -nitrosylation in HFpEF.

We leveraged an implementation science framework to develop a health system-wide diuretic management protocol (DMP) based on emerging clinical evidence.
Methods: We conducted stakeholder interviews using the Integrated Promoting Action on Research Implementation in Health Services (iPARiHS) Framework.
