With the growing interest in skeletal muscle diseases, understanding the processes, factors, and treatments associated with muscle regeneration is crucial. Skeletal muscle regeneration is a complex process that largely depends on the niche composed of cell populations, such as satellite cells, and their microenvironment. Cellular senescence is associated with various physiological processes and age-related diseases and plays a significant role in the muscle regeneration niche.

Objective: Persistent postoperative sensory loss significantly limits breast reconstruction following mastectomy. In addition, the absence of sensation profoundly impacts patients' physical well-being and overall quality of life. New surgical techniques involving nerve autograft intercostal nerve elongation have been introduced to neurotize reconstructed breasts.

Patients with hand dysfunction require joint rehabilitation for functional restoration, and wearable electronics can provide physical signals to assess and guide the process. However, most wearable electronics are susceptible to failure under large deformations owing to instability in the layered structure, thereby weakening signal reliability. Herein, an in-situ self-welding strategy that uses dynamic hydrogen bonds at interfaces to integrate conductive elastomer layers into highly robust electronics is proposed.

Stretchability and flexibility are essential characteristics for high-performance electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials in wearable and smart devices. However, achieving these mechanical properties while also maintaining high EMI shielding effectiveness (SE) for shielding materials remains a significant challenge. Here, a stretchable patterned carbon nanotube (CNT) array composite film, reinforced with two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials (TiCT and graphene), is fabricated using a straightforward scraping method.

Background: Skeletal muscle wasting is commonly observed in aging, immobility, and chronic diseases. In pathological conditions, the impairment of skeletal muscle and immune system often occurs simultaneously. Recent studies have highlighted the initiative role of skeletal muscle in interactions with immune cells.
