Simultaneous breast implant infection and acute myocardial infarction-A tricky combination.

We present the case of a 57-year-old woman with a history of breast implants after augmentation mastopexy and persistent breast pain for six months. Despite a previous implant exchange with capsulectomy, the patient experienced a recurrence of symptoms for the last six months with a sudden worsening during the last night. Clinical examination revealed an asymmetry in favour of the left breast, but otherwise no clear evidence of implant-associated complication.

We present a new systematic, comprehensive, checklist-based sonographic assessment of endometriosis in the female true pelvis. Emphasis is placed on practical skills teaching. The newly introduced White Sliding Line (WSL) is the core structure.

Preparation of Spirocyclic Vinylic Carbonates from Allylic Alcohols.

We present the synthesis of - and -spirovinylethylene carbonates, starting from various cyclic allylic alcohols. This one-pot cascade reaction to the spirocyclic scaffold was optimized using a design of experiments approach. The introduction of spirovinylethylene carbonates broadens the scope of using these in catalytic applications and provides an easy synthetic entry into spirocyclic scaffolds of various ring sizes.

Associations between child marriage and food insecurity in Zimbabwe: a participatory mixed methods study.
