Carotid glomus tumours compose an infrequent clinical group. The presence of familiar forms, multicentric or with secretory characteristics hinder the diagnosis. A high suspicion rate based on the clinical picture and supported by imaging techniques will allow in each case to proceed with the more suitable treatment.
