Many studies have shown that patients with autoimmune disease present a hypoactive hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, but the results are controversial. Our objective was to study differences in stress response axis activity between patients with autoimmune disease and healthy people. Background: Genomic studies have identified new subsets of aggressive prostate cancer (PCa) with poor prognosis (eg, neuroendocrine prostate cancer [NEPC], PCa with DNA damage response [DDR] alterations, or PCa resistant to androgen receptor pathway inhibitors [ARPIs]). Development of novel therapies relies on the availability of relevant preclinical models.

Objective: To develop new preclinical models (patient-derived xenograft [PDX], PDX-derived organoid [PDXO], and patient-derived organoid [PDO]) representative of the most aggressive variants of PCa and to develop a new drug evaluation strategy.

Aim: The aim of this study was to investigate the attitudes and intentions of student nurses towards Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the context of nursing practice and to explore the relationship between their attitudes towards AI, their perceptions of AI utilization in nursing practice, and their intentions to adopt AI technology. The study hypothesized that perceived utilization of AI in nursing practice would positively influence the intention to use AI and that attitudes towards AI would mediate this relationship.

Background: AI has the potential to revolutionize various aspects of healthcare, including nursing practice.
